Refund policy

If your delivered kit is not clearly personalized to the business information you provided, reply to the delivery email. We will regenerate it at no extra cost.

If we cannot make it right after that, we will refund your purchase. Requests should be sent to hello@alwaysbookedmail.com with the email used at checkout.
